Infirmy has no way to receive scans or reports through this website, so please do not try to send them here. Nothing is lost by waiting: when a hospital replies to your case it will ask you for the documents it needs and tell you where to send them. For now, describing your tests below is enough.
An honest answer is more useful than an early one.

Who will see this
Verified hospitals see a summary of your case: treatment area, city in India, budget band and timeline. Your name, phone, email, the country you travel from and everything you have written stay with Infirmy until you agree to one named hospital. You do that from your dashboard, and you can withdraw it afterwards.
