How hospitals receive cases through Infirmy

Four steps, exactly as the product works today. There is no clinical review at any step.

  1. A patient posts a case

The patient describes their treatment requirement from their own account, after confirming their email address.

  2. Infirmy matches it

The case is compared with approved hospitals' published profiles — treatment, the patient's region and language — and up to three are offered.

  3. The patient chooses

The patient picks which of those hospitals receives the case. Nothing reaches your hospital before that.

  4. Your team reviews and replies

The full case opens in your inbox. Your international patient team decides whether and how to respond.

What makes an Infirmy case different?

Infirmy is built to give your team enough context to evaluate an enquiry before investing time in follow-up.

  • A structured requirement

Every case answers the same questions. It is not a free-text contact form.

  • Context in the patient's words

The condition and any history the patient adds, kept with the case.

  • Treatment-based matching

A case is offered only to hospitals whose published profile lists that treatment.

  • Stated intent

The patient gave a timeline and a budget band, and chose your hospital by name.

What happens before a case reaches your hospital

Every case passes these five steps before it reaches your hospital. What we do not check is listed below.

  1. Patient account

Every case comes from a signed-in account.

  2. Confirmed email

The patient confirms their email address with a 6-digit code before posting.

  3. Complete case

The form will not submit without the treatment area, condition, country, timeline and budget. Cases for under-18s are refused.

  4. Matching

Compared with approved hospitals' published profiles: treatment, region and reply language.

  5. Patient's choice

The patient picks, by name, who receives the case.

Where do cases come from?
From patients who find Infirmy themselves, through our guides and website, and post a case from their own account. We do not buy, rent or scrape patient lists.
How is patient information handled?
You see nothing of a case until the patient chooses your hospital. If the patient withdraws, their identifying details are removed from the case shown in your Infirmy account.
Has the patient agreed to be contacted?
Yes. To send you the case, the patient ticks a sentence that names your hospital, and that exact sentence is stored with the case. They can withdraw it at any time.
Is the same case sent to other hospitals?
It can be. A patient is offered up to three matching hospitals and may choose more than one. A case never goes to a hospital the patient did not choose.

What we do not check: there is no clinical review, no document check and no check of the phone number. Infirmy has no clinical staff, and a case says what the patient wrote.

Who can become an Infirmy hospital partner?

Plain requirements, so you can tell before applying whether Infirmy fits your hospital.

These requirements are being finalised with our first hospitals. No hospital has been verified yet, and the final list will be published before verification opens.

Apply for early review
  • A registered hospital

Your registration number, which we check with the issuing authority.

  • Accreditation

NABH, JCI, or a stated path toward one, confirmed with the accrediting body directly.

  • Relevant specialist departments

State medical council registration for the specialists you would put on a case.

  • Written estimates

Ability to give patients costs in writing before they travel, with inclusions stated.

  • A dedicated international-patient contact

One named person accountable for each case, with the languages they work in.

  • Completing hospital verification

We check the above, and your profile — treatments, city, languages — before it is published.

Where Infirmy is today

Infirmy is new and accepting its first hospital applications (October 2026). No hospital has been verified and no patient case has been delivered to a hospital yet. Partner names, case numbers and testimonials will be published only once they exist and can be checked.

Questions hospitals ask

Answered from what the product does today, not from what we intend it to do.

Each case comes from a signed-in account whose email address was confirmed with a 6-digit code, and the form will not submit without the treatment area, the condition, the patient's country, a timeline and a budget band. Cases for under-18s are refused. That is all: there is no clinical review, no human triage and no document check. Infirmy has no clinical staff, so a case is what the patient wrote.

Apply for early review

One form: your hospital, its registration and accreditation, its specialties and one named contact. Applying is free and commits your hospital to nothing. You will create an account first and confirm your email with a 6-digit code.
